My name is Joanna Marie Barabad, 29 years old and I am an all around Virtual Assistant by day, and Christ follower, ALWAYS!
I am a customer service staff turned Team Lead at the age of 22 years old. I explored the world of freelancing in 2018 and I've learned to love the freedom yet challenging jobs.
I am now learning the ropes in digital marketing and looking at having my own digital marketing agency soon!
I am also a very active servant of God. I serve in the Light of Jesus Family Cebu as a lead worshipper, servant leader of the Singles Group and I lead the Admin Cluster for The Feast Thursday Parklane. I am also leading the sponsorships / partnerships committee for Kerygma Conference Visayas.

● Handling inbound calls from newsagencies to provide support for services offered
● Make outbound calls to newsagencies to check status of parcels or other equipment needing update by the client.
● Real time update on Google Sheets for any updates made per newagency called and provide updates by calling partners.
● Update information on CRM as requested by the newsagency or client
